Liebe Community, es freut uns euch mitteilen zu können, dass das Filmmusik Wiki hiermit offiziell eröffnet ist. Nach der erfolgreichen Umfrage Ende Januar, haben wir die Zeit genutzt und ein Wiki aufgesetzt, welches teilweise mit dem Forum verbunden ist und dadurch die Benutzerauthentifizierung vornimmt. Wir haben eine Kategorie für die Diskussionen rund um das Wiki erstellt, welches hier zu finden ist. In diesen Foren finden auch die Artikeldiskussionen statt, welche von den einzelnen Artikeln im Wiki verlinkt werden. Für die Benutzung und Erstellung von Artikel finden sich dort ebenfalls Themen, die sich mit den Eigenheiten der Wikisyntax beschäftigen. Und nun genug der langen Rede. Die Probleme mit dem Server wurden vom Hoster gelöst. Die Seiten sollten wieder ohne Probleme funktionieren (scheint aber schon eine Weile wieder ohne Probleme zu laufen).

3. Bilder Uploads Multimediadateien wie Bilder oder Musikbeispiele werden innerhalb einer eigenen Wikiinstallation verwaltet und können von dort in die einzelnen anderen Wikis eingebunden werden. Dazu benutzt ihr einfach den Link Hochladen, der auf jeder Seite vorhanden ist. Ihr werdet dann automatisch ins sog. Pool-Wiki geleitet und könnt dort die Datei hochladen (bitte beachtet die entsprechenden Hinweise bzgl. Urheberrecht). Die Einbindung der Bilder in einem Artikel ist denkbar einfach: [[bild:NAME]] Wobei NAME natürlich durch den entsprechenenden Dateinamen des Bildes ersetzt werden muss. Zusätzlich zur einfachen Anzeige kann man weitere Schalter für die Einbindung des Bildes nutzen, z.B. eine Bildunterschrift: [[bild:NAME|thumb|UNTERTITEL]] Die Werte für NAME und UNTERTITEL sind dann entsprechend wieder zu ersetzen. Der Schalter thumb erzeugt eine kleine Kopie des Bildes, so dass nicht das gesamte Bild angezeigt wird/werden muss.

DTS ist kein Standard, sondern Dolby Digital. DD wird für jede DVD-Veröffentlichung zwingend vorausgesetzt, während DTS nur eine Dreingabe darstellt. Außerdem nimmt die DTS-Spur mehr Platz weg, und ob DTS nun besser ist als DD, ist ja ein beliebtes Streitthema.
