Annual ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards mit dem Henry Mancini Award for Lifetime Achievement ausgezeichnet werden. Die Verleihung findet am 21. Mikael Carlsson und Film Music Radio melden folgendes, neues Projekt für Mark Mothersbaugh: Mark Mothersbaugh, whose latest scores include Herby: Fully Loaded, The Ringer and Lords of Dogtown, has been hired to compose the music for How to Eat Fried Worms, based on Thomas Rockwells novel. The film, directed by Bob Dolman (The Banger Sisters), stars Kimberly Williams, Tom Cavanagh and Clint Howard. The story, a school drama previously adapted into an animated TV movie, will be released on New Line Cinema in August.
