Hab es mir doch noch anders überlegt und "Spacehunter" gerade bestellt. "The Kindred" & "The Confession" sind schon ausverkauft. Zumindest direkt bei Varese.

Für die diesjährigen World Soundtrack Awards (WSA), wurden die Nominierungen bekannt gegeben.

Ich hätte eigentlich ein paar schönere Sachen erwartet, aber damit spart man halt Geld. Vielleicht ist bei der nächsten Ankündigung was schönes dabei.

Somit hat sich der Kauf dieser Fassung erübrigt.

Varese hat jetzt Details zur kommenden Veröffentlichung von "Stealth" online gestellt. Neben einem Coverart gibt es auch eine Tracklist zu sehen. Der Score wird 28 Tracks beinhalten. Über die Gesamtlänge ist bisher nichts bekannt. Quelle: Varese Sarabande

Es ist zwar nichts bahnbrechendes, aber im Forum und auf der Chatseite ist der neue Header zu sehen.

Das sagt Patrick Doyle in einem Interview der britischen Times in einem Onlineartikel. Außerdem wird bestätigt das Doyle als letztes zusammen mit dem LSO den Score zu "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" eingespielt hat. Quelle: Mikael Carlssons Blog

Während die Inoffizielle Christopher Young Webseite von Dominik Rolewicz noch über ein CD-Release von "An Unfinished Life" berichtet, hat Mikael Carlsson in seinem Blog berichtet, der Score wäre rejected worden. Näheres in Kürze von MFTM.

Die Qualität soll besser sein und es gibt ein Interview mit Hans Zimmer als Bonus. Ansonsten ist der Content der gleiche wie bei der alten Fassung.

Die Komponisten haben aber in vielen Fällen überhaupt keine andere Wahl bzw. die Labels haben auch ein Wörtchen mitzureden. Von daher ist es unfair den Komponisten die Schuld zu geben zumal die auch oft Promos verteilen wo die komplette Musik drauf ist.

Ich glaub wegen der Neuveröffentlichung vom Film selber.

Laut Dan Goldwasser wird es ein UK-only Release werden, also gut möglich das es nichts neues auf dem Release geben wird.

Hmm damit würde es für jeden Teil einen eigenen Komponisten geben. John Ottman hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich würde es schön finden, wenn er auch in X-Men 3 für die Musik verantwortlich wäre.

Also alle 3 "Lord of the Rings" - Scores werden da für dich von Interesse sein.
