Da hast du gar nicht so unrecht, selbst für eine "TV-Produktion" ist die Musik beachtlich. Man sollte da echt ein "Ohr" riskieren ....

Ein sehr schöner Soundtrack, den man sich mal anhören sollte.
 Wer "The paradise" mochte wird auch diesen lieben.

animation and documentaries. His work is being broadcast internationally
on major UK and European networks - the BBC, ITV, MTV, SKY and RAI and
he is best known for his lyrical scores to BBC’s The Paradise, Call the
Midwife, The Body Farm and Waking The Dead. The Paradise was
broadcast in 132 territories and earned Malagnini international

I'm a poor lonesome cowboy, and a long, long way from home .... Hat man die Melody erst mal im Kopf, geht sie auch nicht wieder weg . Einer der ersten VHS -Filme, die ich sah, da werden Erinnerungen wach ....

… tatsächlich, man lernt nie aus … Seit Tagen spielt mein Sohn wie ein Besessener ein neues Game. Last of Us. Und des öfteren hörte ich Stücke des Soundtracks. Irgendwann habe ich mich dazugesetzt, und einfach nur mal zugehört. Wow, mal davon abgesehen, daß das Spiel wirklich toll ist, hat mich der Score begeistert. Richtig gut. Hätte nie für möglich gehalten, das für „Spiele“ wirklich Kompositionen solcher Qualität gefertigt werden … Wenn es mal einen dazu passenden Spielfilm geben sollte, wird hoffentlich Gustavo Santaolalla der Maestro sein.

.. habe mir mal einen James Horner gegönnt ... wunderschöne Musik; Der Score wurde ursprüngl. von Elmer Bernstein komponiert (rejected score), hat den Produzenten wahrscheinlich zu sehr nach "Western" geklungen (ist aber auch eine tolle Komposition).

... einfach klasse, das würde ich auch mal gerne live erleben ...

…. es ist früh am Tag, der Morgentau hängt noch an den Grashalmen, die Spieler machen sich bereit zum Training; … dann beginnt selbiges … und du denkst, du bist mitten unter Spielern mit dabei auf dem Feld, so geht da die Post ab …. So der Beginn des 6. Titel „Tryouts“ des Score’s „Rudy“ (dt.: Touchdown - Sein Ziel ist der Sieg) Mal einfühlsam, leicht, dann wieder treibend, vorwärts gerichtet,einfach geniale Themen, die in einem fulminanten Schlussakt nochmals alle aufgegriffen werden … einfach bombastisch … Schade, das der Film hierzulande eher unbekannt ist. Ganz klar es gibt viele Goldsmith’s, die ich liebe, aber dieser hat für mich eine ganz persönliche Stellung bei Goldsmith hat eingenommen: … gib niemals auf, egal wie hart das Leben auch ist …

... informative und nicht langweilige Dokumentation versch. Filmgenre's ...die Doku über das Horror-Genre von Meister Stephen King höchstpersönlich kommentiert .. 2-fach DVD dt. synchronisiert

... über den Soundtrack hab' ich gestaunt, und war übberascht, hat mir gefallen ... schon etwas älter, aber jo mei, ich bin halt auch ein John Barry Fan, ein richtig schöner Abenteur-Score ...

Whiplash, boah nervenaufreibend, am Ende ist man so fertig wie der Drummer .....

Hallo Yakuza, ja, bei dem Score passt jeder Ton exakt zur entsprechenden Szene. Die Musik trägt den ganzen Film mit. Klar, und Theater of death ist natürlich klasse. Von Lewis auch gefallen hat mir North Sea Hijack.
